real nice...

I lifted these pics from the Jockey Journal a few years ago and found them again in a lost folder. Two things I'm digging right now, older XLCH's and drag bikes...so bitchin.

I don't know how they do it....

..but Eddie and the boys seem to constantly get into

the one that got away....

This weekend was pretty heavy. Back to back El Camino and Long Beach swaps. Urban camping in south central LA is always an adventure. Once again I blew it and didn't pull the trigger, this time it was the skeleton bike. It wasn't a complete loss though, I got "as many as you can scoop in one hand for $10" deal on some master and half links...that made it all worth it.

Richmond is for lovers...

Brandon is probably the most talented guy I know of when it comes to playing with metal. I learned alot early on just by hanging out in his garage and studying what he did. Ever since he moved up to Richmond he's been holed up in his cave working on some new stuff for Mullins. He's making these killer single downtube frames that are reminiscent of the old Motorshop frames but are just tightened up in all the right places. I've already got plans for a bike I want to build with one of these. Now normally I'd say "everybody go buy one of these frames" but I don't know this time because the more frames you buy, the less time he'll have to finish his panhead.

chopper bobberque...

Had some people over today for no real reason other than to hang out with buddies, skate the ramp, eat some of my wifes delicious cooking and celebrate some freedom. Whether or not you agree with the situation overseas, next time you see a soldier thank them for defending what we take advantage of everyday.

Michael Schmidts new project...

6 Over - Teaser from Wild Honey Productions on Vimeo.

When Michael approached me with the idea of a film comprised of short videos a while ago and we started throwing some ideas around and honestly I was a little scared, the insecurities just started pouring out, even though I knew the right ingredients were there between Michaels filming approach, Daveys editing and a good mix of dudes... it's just that I'm pretty good at the freeze and mumble/ramble technique. My only requests to him were that I didn't want to be flipping off the camera doing burnouts while shitty bar-punk blasted in the background and I didn't want to talk. I think we're good on the burnouts but unfortunately for you I'm pretty sure I do talk at some point (sorry, hopefully he keeps it to a minimum.)

It's hard for me to boast about something I'm involved in without feeling arrogant but when I saw the trailer the other day, it kind of blew me away. I'm pretty stoked Michael convinced me into being apart of this because it looks like its gonna be pretty killer.
Thanks man.

Tri Co Party AKA the Permit Posse Rides Again!

So the guys at Dice opened a store with some other blokes in Hollywood. They threw a grand opening party so Jay, Pickles and I decided roll up there. As you can see the party was gay is hell. Just how we like it.
Hundred dolla bills ya'll!

Jay blasting down Hollywood Blvd. After he didn't stall.

Me trying to fit on to my bike and barely making it.

Once again the elusive Pickles escapes the camera. Photos were borrrowed from Chico Moto. Check him out he has a quality blog.

Biker Art

You don't have to be good. You just have to do it. Having a beard doesn't hurt either.
